General description
This course is designed to help easily explain and understand the applicable tasks and qualifying criteria for the First Level regulatory examination that are described in Board Notice 105 of 2008 for key individuals and representatives.

- Module 8: The regulatory universe in which the FSP and the Key Individual function
- Module 9: Maintain the FSP license, and manage the infrastructure
- Module 10: Voluntary lapsing of license
- Module 11: Record keeping obligations of the FSP
- Module 12: Auditing and accounting requirements for the FSP
- Module 13: The impact of the FICA of FSPs
- Module 14: Investigations by the FAIS Ombud
